 The STORY:

Our clients purchased a modest cottage on Lake Simcoe as an investment knowing that is was outdated and they would eventually tear it down to build their dream home in which to retire and host their large family. After a lengthy period attempting to get their project off the ground the couple realized that this type of large scale project required a team that could assist them in creating a feasible architectural plan that suited all of their needs, now and into the future. They needed a team that could help them navigate permitting and all of the moving parts and many decisions to make their dream a reality. After more than a year of collaborating and building, the Lake Drive project our clients were finally able to settle in and begin creating memories in their new home.
