This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at URL. STILE contracting + design incorporated grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Site in accordance with this Agreement.

In no event shall STILE contracting + design incorporated, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Site, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of any third-party’s rights.

- any errors or defects will be corrected.
- the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
- the results of using the Site will meet your requirements.
Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Country and jurisdiction in which the site is being employed or exercised. without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. STILE contracting + design incorporated exists as a legal entity in the country of Canada in the province of Ontario and agrees to abide by all governing laws. STILE contracting + design incorporated cannot be held liable for users outside of these jurisdictions and does not agree to take responsibility for abiding by laws that may fall outside of the jurisdiction in which the Site is intended to be used.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

You may provide links to our Website provided that:
a. you do not remove or obscure any portion of our Website by framing or otherwise,
b. your website does not engage in illegal or pornographic activities, and
c. you cease providing links to our Website immediately upon our request. Links to Other Websites Our Website may from time to time contain links to third-party websites. Inclusion of links for any website on our Website does not mean that we endorse, guarantee, warrant, or recommend the services, information content, and/or data of such third-party websites. STILE contracting + design incorporated has no control over the legal documents and privacy practices of third-party websites; you access any third-party websites at your own risk. Payments You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us,
1. any credit information you supply is true and complete,
2. charges incurred by you will be honoured by your bank or credit card company,
3. you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, and
4. if your initial payment method is dishonoured, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonoured payment. Promotional prices are non-transferable and not to be combined with any other offer.
Refund Policy
By purchasing any program, course, or book, you agree to our terms. Within the original order date, excluding any foreign exchange fees or taxes incurred:
All sales have a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
The cancellation will be processed and funds for will be credited back to your same account. If you do not notify (Personal or Business Name) during the refund period in the manner described herein, you agree that STILE contracting + design incorporated may construe silence as a full, complete and final acceptance of the terms of the sale of STILE contracting + design incorporated products and you will have no further right of redress or refund for any reason.
In addition, STILE contracting + design incorporated reserves the right to refuse a refund to anyone reasonably suspected by STILE contracting + design incorporated to have previously taken advantage of (Personal or Business Name)’s Money Back Guarantee on more than one occasion. Holds or deferring payment are not permitted for any other program.
Please note there are no exceptions to this policy.
Payment Plans
If you purchased a payment plan product, we will automatically re-bill your membership purchases 30 days from the date of your first order. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a new membership purchase each month for the duration of your payment plan. The card you provided when you placed your initial order will be automatically charged the price of your monthly membership fee. This applies to monthly subscription products only and excludes one-time purchases.
Payment Defaults
Should you default on a payment, you’ll remain in the program for two (2) days until your payment is brought up to date. After two days, you’ll be removed from the program. To get access again, you must pay the full and remaining course balance.
Termination of Membership
As a STILE contracting + design incorporated member, you may submit content to the site, including photos and user comments. You shall be solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your content on www.builtwithstile.ca You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload, post or email content you submit.
You agree that content you upload, post or email to STILE contracting + design incorporated will not contain third-party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third-party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to upload, post or email the material and to grant STILE contracting + design incorporated all of the license rights granted herein.
STILE contracting + design incorporated does not endorse any content submitted to STILE contracting + design incorporated by any user or other licensor. STILE contracting + design incorporated does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the website and STILE contracting + design incorporated will remove all content if properly notified that such content infringes on another third-party intellectual property rights.
You also affirm, represent, and warrant that your participation on this site and the content you upload, post or email does not relate to pornography, illegal activities of any kind, occult, hate, or racism. You affirm, represent and warrant that you will not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any athlete, medical professional, government regulator or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. You agree that the content you upload, post or email will not transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation. You agree that the content you upload, print or email will not transmit any material that contains software viruses, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
STILE contracting + design incorporated reserves the right to make the final decision regarding what is appropriate. STILE contracting + design incorporated further reserves the right to remove content or terminate your account without prior notice for a violation of this provision.
