THE SOVEREIGNS GATE PROJECT

This project started as a master bathroom remodel and quickly developed into a full main floor renovation complete with furnishings. The main floor, though nice, was nothing to write home about – it was stuck with its builder grade granite and dark mahogany everything. Our clients, professed lovers of grey, needed help creating a monochromatic scheme that didn’t fall flat. We used colour blocking and mixed materials, textures and patterns throughout the main floor to add character and interest. Each space has it’s own special moment which sets it apart, whether that be the slate herringbone floors that greet you at the door or the way the dark island stands out against the beautiful white quartz and warm buttery soft leather stools.
