A condo makeover that is refreshing and hoppy

When living in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods Toronto has to offer it’s only fitting that your home should be a reflection of your surroundings, personality and style.

The STORY:

Our clients’ condo, located in Toronto’s Historic Distillery District, already had a lot going for it. However, the unit itself did not harken back to the Victorian Industrial Architecture or the contemporary arts and culture that the area is known for. For this reason our clients enlisted our team’s help to bring their vision of, what we’ve dubbed “Elevated Industrial”, look to life. The finished project embraces a stripped back industrial finish where  in soft sage green, rich walnut and inky grey cabinetry imerges from stripped back concrete floors in the kitchen, laundry area, primary bedroom and ensuite. With white walls to house the couples’ vast art collection this condo finally feels as though it belongs to the neighbourhood that drew our homeowner to this fantastic location in the first place.
